This is my morning routine for an unshakable day
This routine isn’t about checking boxes.
It’s about building momentum, control, and mental dominance before the world gets access to you.
Knowing how to prepare yourself and having a routine to do so gives you a big advantage in every interaction you have throughout the day. Most people react throughout the day which leads to stress and fatigue when you show up and act with intention because you are prepared you act with confidence, certainty end the day composed and satisifyed.
Start your day with:
This rehydrates the body, restores minerals, and signals your system to wake up and perform.
Sit down with a cup of coffee or tea and:
No distractions. No input from the outside world.
You are not reacting to life—you are choosing your state.
When I started this my perspective of the world changed; I approached each day with more optimism and hope for the future. The longer I’ve done this the better my results have been in life. This is the most important part of the routine for me.
Move your body with intention:
This isn’t just exercise—it’s a signal:
“I’m alive, I’m strong, and I’m ready.”
The is activation time – not kill yourself time, I worked my way into a routine that works for me. This part changes based on time and priorities but it’s non-negotiable; you must activate your body or your day will be sluggish and stressful.

Sit quietly or go for a walk outside if possible.
Now you:
You don’t hope the day goes well—you pre-live it.
I teach all my clients my PowerTapping protocol. I tap while going through my day mentally rehearsing how I want to perform.
If you are not familiar with the PowerTapping protocol, here are a couple of things I provide my clients:
While tapping:
Go through every hr or event using this same protocol it will prevent anxiety and stress from taking your focus and confidence away and put you in charge of the room.
You eliminate emotional reaction before it ever happens.
You’ve already handled the day—now you just execute it.
Finish your routine and move straight into your day:
Protect your state. Protect your focus.
Momentum is everything.
Once you start your day with clarity, control, and purpose—you don’t break it.
You carry it forward.
You’re not preparing for the day.
You’re deciding who shows up to it.
And once that version of you is locked in —
the rest of the day has no choice but to follow.
